Henry Winebrake

Henry Winebrake is a residential real estate attorney who works with buyers and sellers through every stage of a transaction, from contract to closing. He focuses on making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, helping clients understand each step along the way, and is excited to help people navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives. Henry earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2025. During law school, he gained hands-on experience working with the University of Illinois Immigration Law Clinic, in a large Public Defender’s Office, and as a judicial extern. Prior to attending law school, Henry worked as a teacher and was a member of his college football team, experiences that helped shape his strong work ethic, communication skills, and team-oriented approach. After taking the bar exam in July 2025, Henry began practicing real estate law, focusing on residential transactions. He joined The Real Estate Law Firm in April 2026.
